We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted. Also, if your country of residence is not Turkey, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

In addition to our standard return policy, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As with our regular return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


If you were charged within the last 30 days, please submit a request to our Support Team to determine your eligibility for a refund.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
